Limited License

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless LTFD from and against any and all claims and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fee, arising out of or related in any way to your use of the site.

International Users and Choice of Law

This site is controlled, operated and administered by LTFD from its offices within the United States of America. This Agreement will be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the heirs, successors and permitted assigns of the parties.
